借助于因子分析的方法构建复杂产品研发过程中关键干系人知识共享水平评价指标体系,包括知识共享的意愿、知识共享的能力和共享知识的特征3个一级指标和8个二级指标,提出知识共享水平评价的Fuzzy-AHP模型。该模型用层次分析法计算出一级指标和二级指标的相对重要性权重,用三角模糊数和α-截集反映专家在决策过程中的不确定性程度,采用平均值法对专家的意见进行整合,将关键干系人的各指标得分加权求和得到知识共享水平的评价值,并通过实例验证评价指标和评价方法的有效性和科学性。

This paper constructed an evaluation index system of key stakeholders ’ knowledge sharing in the complex prod-uct development process by means of factor analysis , which includes three first -class indicators and eight second -class indicators , and the first-class indicators are key stakeholders ’ willing towards knowledge sharing , their abilities of knowl-edge sharing and their characteristics of knowledge sharing.Then, fuzzy-AHP evaluation model of knowledge sharing level was put forward;the relative weights of the first-class indicators and the second -class indicators were calculated with the AHP method;uncertainty of experts ’ views in decision -making process was reflected by using triangular fuzzy numbers and α-cuts;experts’ views were integrated with the average method.The ultimate scores of knowledge sharing level of key stakeholders were calculated by weighted sum of the scores of all indexes.Finally, the effectiveness of proposed evalua-tion indicators and methods was verified through a practical example.
