Ice and snow disaster gives a new subject to emergency management of power grid enterprise.Common responsibilities and obligations of grid enterprise and even all over society are that strengthening emergency management ability and protecting safe operation in the course of emergency.The paper puts forward some suggestions,according to the problems that exist in emergency management of power grid enterprise and absorbing the beneficial experience of other countries,in order to promote the ability in emergency management.
