临床上在使用缓、控释制剂过程中常出现给药次数过多或过少以及掰开或嚼碎后服用等错误情况，致使药物不能很好地发挥治疗效果，同时造成不必要的医疗资源浪费。为保障患者安全、有效和合理地使用缓、控释制剂，本文就缓、控释制剂使用过程中存在的常见问题和药学监护点进行总结和分析，以供广大医务工作者参考。
臨床上在使用緩、控釋製劑過程中常齣現給藥次數過多或過少以及掰開或嚼碎後服用等錯誤情況，緻使藥物不能很好地髮揮治療效果，同時造成不必要的醫療資源浪費。為保障患者安全、有效和閤理地使用緩、控釋製劑，本文就緩、控釋製劑使用過程中存在的常見問題和藥學鑑護點進行總結和分析，以供廣大醫務工作者參攷。
림상상재사용완、공석제제과정중상출현급약차수과다혹과소이급배개혹작쇄후복용등착오정황，치사약물불능흔호지발휘치료효과，동시조성불필요적의료자원낭비。위보장환자안전、유효화합리지사용완、공석제제，본문취완、공석제제사용과정중존재적상견문제화약학감호점진행총결화분석，이공엄대의무공작자삼고。
Many problems appeared in the application of sustained and controlled release preparations, including too much or too little frequency of administration or taking after breaking apart or chewing, resulting in the drug efifcacy can not be played very well and also causing unnecessary waste of medical resources. The problems and pharmaceutical care in the application of sustained and controlled release preparations were summarized and analyzed so as to guarantee the safe, effective and reasonable use of this kind of drug and meanwhile to provide a reference for majority of medical workers.
