基于Matlab仿真环境,通过光伏电池的物理模型搭建光伏阵列,仿真模拟不同太阳辐射强度时光伏阵列的I-U和P-U特性曲线,验证模型的可行性和合理性。针对太阳能光伏发电系统中MPPT算法的不足,提出一种步长变化的滞环比较干扰观察法,克服经典扰动观测法存在的振荡和误判问题,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Solar photovoltaic array was established based on the Matlab simulation environment and its physical model to simulate PU and IU characteristic curves of arbitrary intensity of solar radiation and photovoltaic arrays and valid the feasibility and rationality of the model. In view of the deficiency of MPPT algorithm in solar energy photovoltaic power generation system, the author puts forward a step change in hysteresis comparison perturbation and observation method to overcome the oscillation and misjudgment classical perturbation and observation method exists, the simulation results have proved the effectiveness of the method.
