自动滑门系统是高端 MPV 汽车的重要子系统,也是智能化汽车部件的重要发展方向。基于对MPV汽车自动滑门工作流程及其主要功能的分析,探讨了自动滑门系统的传动机构、自动拉门锁紧机构、开门释放机构以及电控系统等核心部件的工作原理与设计要求,提出了MPV汽车自动滑门系统的结构设计思想,并研究了自动滑门与车身间的重力及侧翻力两类平衡力系。
自動滑門繫統是高耑 MPV 汽車的重要子繫統,也是智能化汽車部件的重要髮展方嚮。基于對MPV汽車自動滑門工作流程及其主要功能的分析,探討瞭自動滑門繫統的傳動機構、自動拉門鎖緊機構、開門釋放機構以及電控繫統等覈心部件的工作原理與設計要求,提齣瞭MPV汽車自動滑門繫統的結構設計思想,併研究瞭自動滑門與車身間的重力及側翻力兩類平衡力繫。

Power sliding door system is an important subsystem of high-end MPV cars, representing the R&D trend for intelligent car parts. Based on the analysis of the MPV power sliding door workflow and its main function, the working principle and the design requirements for the core components are discussed, including the transmission mechanism, automatic lock mechanism, electronic control unit, etc. Moreover, the structure designing concept of the MPV power sliding door system is proposed, and the two balance states about gravity and the force of steering between the power sliding door and the car body are also studied.
