目的：探讨阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法将2011年6月～2013年8月在我院妇科门诊诊治的216例宫颈疾病患者行阴道镜检查，并行宫颈活组织检查，将阴道镜检查与阴道镜下活检进行对照，以观察阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈疾病中价值。结果阴道镜检查的符合率为93.5%。结论阴道镜检查诊断宫颈疾病准确可靠，能使宫颈疾病得到早期的诊断与治疗，尤其对发现宫颈癌前病变和早期宫颈癌有重要价值。

목적：탐토음도경재궁경질병진단중적응용개치。방법장2011년6월～2013년8월재아원부과문진진치적216례궁경질병환자행음도경검사，병행궁경활조직검사，장음도경검사여음도경하활검진행대조，이관찰음도경검사재진단궁경질병중개치。결과음도경검사적부합솔위93.5%。결론음도경검사진단궁경질병준학가고，능사궁경질병득도조기적진단여치료，우기대발현궁경암전병변화조기궁경암유중요개치。
Objective To explore the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease and its clinical significance. Methods Wil be in June 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital clinic diagnosis and treatment of 216 cases of cervical disease of department of gynaecology colposcope examination, paral el cervical biopsy, the colposcope examination were compared with pathology biopsy under colposcope, to observe value of colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of cervical disease. Result Colposcopy examination and pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 93.5%. Conclusion Colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of cervical disease results are accurate and reliable, can make to get early diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease, especial y for precursors to cervical cancer and early cervical cancer has important value.
