目的:探讨数字化预塑形钛网在颅骨修补术中的临床效果。方法:对2009年1月-2013年7月笔者所在科室收治的72例颅骨缺损患者应用数字化预塑形钛网进行颅骨修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后3例出现皮下积液,经穿刺抽液、加压包扎后消失;术后1例早期部分皮瓣边缘发黑,经间断拆线后,愈合良好。68例患者术后第1天恢复至修补术前神经功能水平,无新增神经系统阳性体征,所有患者头颅CT复查显示钛网及钛钉无松动,数字化预塑形钛网塑形好,与颅骨贴合紧密。术后随访11~24个月,无一例发生钛网松动、外露,所有患者外观恢复满意。结论:数字化预塑形钛网在颅骨缺损修补术中具有临床应用推广价值。
目的:探討數字化預塑形鈦網在顱骨脩補術中的臨床效果。方法:對2009年1月-2013年7月筆者所在科室收治的72例顱骨缺損患者應用數字化預塑形鈦網進行顱骨脩補術的臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果:術後3例齣現皮下積液,經穿刺抽液、加壓包扎後消失;術後1例早期部分皮瓣邊緣髮黑,經間斷拆線後,愈閤良好。68例患者術後第1天恢複至脩補術前神經功能水平,無新增神經繫統暘性體徵,所有患者頭顱CT複查顯示鈦網及鈦釘無鬆動,數字化預塑形鈦網塑形好,與顱骨貼閤緊密。術後隨訪11~24箇月,無一例髮生鈦網鬆動、外露,所有患者外觀恢複滿意。結論:數字化預塑形鈦網在顱骨缺損脩補術中具有臨床應用推廣價值。
목적:탐토수자화예소형태망재로골수보술중적림상효과。방법:대2009년1월-2013년7월필자소재과실수치적72례로골결손환자응용수자화예소형태망진행로골수보술적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과:술후3례출현피하적액,경천자추액、가압포찰후소실;술후1례조기부분피판변연발흑,경간단탁선후,유합량호。68례환자술후제1천회복지수보술전신경공능수평,무신증신경계통양성체정,소유환자두로CT복사현시태망급태정무송동,수자화예소형태망소형호,여로골첩합긴밀。술후수방11~24개월,무일례발생태망송동、외로,소유환자외관회복만의。결론:수자화예소형태망재로골결손수보술중구유림상응용추엄개치。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect on digital pre shaping titanium mesh for cranioplasty surgery.Method:Selected 72 cases of skull defects in our department from January 2009 to July 2013,clinical application of digital titanium mesh shaping of pre cranioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Result:After operation,3 cases subcutaneous effusion,after puncture andcompression bandaging disappeared;1 case of early part of the flap edge blackening, the interrupted stitches later,good healing.The first day of 68 cases with postoperative recovery and repair of nerve function level,without additional positive signs of nervous system,cranial CT examination showed that all patients with titanium mesh and titanium nail without loosening,digital pre shaping titanium mesh shapinggood,close and skull.Patients were followed up for 11-24 months,no case of titanium meshloose,exserted,all patients recovered satisfactory appearance.Conclusion:Digital pre shaping titanium mesh has clinical application value in skull defect repair.
