为了实现在保证通信安全、可靠的前提下,能够在同一网络平台上综合调度多信号系统,文章依据主要技术标准及现场实际运营需求,提出基于Tetra网络的铁路信号系统结构,该系统有结构简单、设备数量少、工程投资及后期维护费用较低等优点。并提出此信号系统多运营场景下的实施方案,经实际项目实施验证表明:此信号系统有别于国内铁路现有信号系统结构(CTCS -3级列控系统)和国外应用成熟的信号系统(ETCS-2列控系统);满足了基于无线网络传输列车运行控制系统不同速度等级下的技术标准和运输需求;同时也为国内外其它信号系统项目实施提供实践依据。

In order to schedule multiple signal systems on the same network platform synthetically,under the premise of ensuring communication security,the signal system structure based on Tetra network is proposed in this thesis,which has the advantages of simple structure,simplified devices,lower project investment and maintenance cost in later stage. And the implementation schemes of this signal system adapting to multiple operational scenarios are put forward.The re-sults of the implementation of the actual project show that:the signal system is different from the structure of the existing railway signal system,such as CTCS -3 and ETCS -2 train control systems,and meets the technical standards and transport demands of the communication based train control system under different speed levels.At the same time,this method provides a practical basis for the implementations of other signal system projects both at home and aboard.
