目的：通过研究患者在鼻尖整形中运用自体鼻中隔软骨合并耳软骨的成型方法，研究该方法对患者的临床效果。方法：2012年3月至2013年3月收治需进行鼻尖成型的患者共50例，按随机数字表分为对照组与观察组，对照组以自体鼻中隔软骨进行移植，观察组以自体鼻中隔软骨加耳软骨进行移植，对比两组患者成型效果。结果：两组患者在手术时间、并发症发生率、鼻尖矫正率上均无明显差异（P＞0.05）。术后鼻尖形态生动自然、对术后效果非常满意对照组17例，观察组为25例，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自体鼻中隔软骨加自体耳软骨整形方式能够有效将患者鼻尖修复，术后效果优于单纯使用鼻中隔软骨进行修复，值得临床推广。
목적：통과연구환자재비첨정형중운용자체비중격연골합병이연골적성형방법，연구해방법대환자적림상효과。방법：2012년3월지2013년3월수치수진행비첨성형적환자공50례，안수궤수자표분위대조조여관찰조，대조조이자체비중격연골진행이식，관찰조이자체비중격연골가이연골진행이식，대비량조환자성형효과。결과：량조환자재수술시간、병발증발생솔、비첨교정솔상균무명현차이（P＞0.05）。술후비첨형태생동자연、대술후효과비상만의대조조17례，관찰조위25례，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：자체비중격연골가자체이연골정형방식능구유효장환자비첨수복，술후효과우우단순사용비중격연골진행수복，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study nose molding through autogenous septal cartilage and ear cartilage in the nose plastic surgery,to research its clinical efficacy. Methods 50 patients were treated from March 2012 to March 2013. They were divided into the control group and observation group randomly. Patients in the control group got autologous septal cartilage transplantation,and patients in the observation group got autologous septal cartilage and ear cartilage transplantation. The modeling of patients in the two groups was compared. Results Operative time,complication rate and nose tip correction rate were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The nose tip was vivid after operation. 17 patients in the control group and 25 patients in the observation group were satisfied with the effect. There were statistical meaning in the differences between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous septal cartilage and autogenous ear cartilage shaping can effectively repair the nose,and the effect is much better than surgery alone in patients using nasal septal cartilage repair,therefore it is worthy of promotion.
