目的：探讨下睑成形术联合眶隔重置术修复眼袋合并沟槽畸形的应用和心得体会。方法：自2009年8月～2013年2月对48例下睑眼袋合并沟槽畸形的患者，采用下睑成形术切口，行下睑成形术联合眶隔重置术修复下睑眼袋和沟槽畸形，使下睑年轻化。结果：48例患者均行下睑成形术联合眶隔重置术，随访1～6个月，下睑眼袋、皮肤松弛和沟槽畸形均得到了良好的矫正。结论：下睑成形术联合眶隔重置术修复眼袋合并沟槽畸形是安全、有效的好方法。
목적：탐토하검성형술연합광격중치술수복안대합병구조기형적응용화심득체회。방법：자2009년8월～2013년2월대48례하검안대합병구조기형적환자，채용하검성형술절구，행하검성형술연합광격중치술수복하검안대화구조기형，사하검년경화。결과：48례환자균행하검성형술연합광격중치술，수방1～6개월，하검안대、피부송이화구조기형균득도료량호적교정。결론：하검성형술연합광격중치술수복안대합병구조기형시안전、유효적호방법。
Objective To investigate the application and experience of pouch under the eyes with groove deformity repair through lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with orbital replacement. Methods 48 patients with eyelid pouch with groove deformity from August 2009 to February 2013 adopted the lower lid blepharoplasty incision,for lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with orbital replacement repairing lower eyelid pouch under the eyes and the groove deformity,to make the lower eyelid rejuvenation. Results All 48 patients underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty combined with orbital replacement. After 1~6 months follow-up,lower eyelid bags under the eyes,skin laxity and groove deformity were obtained with good correction. Conclusion Blepharoplasty combined with orbital replacement repairing the pouch with groove deformity is a good,safe and effective method.
