目的:探讨PBL教学法在外科手术基本操作教学中的应用。方法:选取笔者所在学校2009级临床专业208名学生作为研究对象,随机将其均分两组:传统教学组(对照组)和PBL教学组(观察组)。观察并比较两组学生在教学前后的综合成绩,以及学生对两种教学方法的满意程度。结果:观察组的综合成绩明显较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法用于外科手术基本操作教学中,能够激发学生的积极性和创造性,并提高其综合能力,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of basic operation of surgical operation.Method:The clinical professional 2009 class 208 students as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,traditional teaching group(control group) and PBL group (observation group).To observe and compare the two groups of students in the comprehensive scores before and after the teaching,and student satisfaction of the two teaching methods.Result:Comprehensive score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method for basic operation of surgical operation in the teaching,to stimulate students’enthusiasm and creativity,and improve their comprehensive ability,so it is worthy of promotion.
