目的：探索一种睑缘平行切口微创重睑成形术的理想5方法。方法：设计切口平行于睑缘，由此切口去除睑板前组织及眶隔脂肪，并进行皮肤与睑板筋膜的缝合固定。结果：应用本法手术227例，切口痕迹隐蔽，瘢痕不明显，重睑形态自然，效果满意。结论：本法可最大限度减少术后瘢痕形成，是较理想的重睑成形术。

목적：탐색일충검연평행절구미창중검성형술적이상5방법。방법：설계절구평행우검연，유차절구거제검판전조직급광격지방，병진행피부여검판근막적봉합고정。결과：응용본법수술227례，절구흔적은폐，반흔불명현，중검형태자연，효과만의。결론：본법가최대한도감소술후반흔형성，시교이상적중검성형술。
Objective To explore a new method of double eyelid operation by a parallel incision along the lower edge of eyelid. Methods The incision was parallel to the eyelid. Fat before the meibomian organization and orbital septum was eliminated from the incision. And suture fixation of skin and meibominan fascia was done. Results Among 227 cases under the operation,the incision scar is concealed,the cicatrix is not obvious,and the double eyelid is natural. All the patients were very satisfied. Conclusion. The trauma of the surgery is minor and the result is ideal.
