模拟含铬废水以一定流速均匀通过装填离子交换树脂的交换柱,利用动态吸附的方法研究MKF-10X弱碱性阴离子交换法,应用于含铬废水处理时对Cr6+的去除效果。结果表明低流速有利于树脂Cr6+的吸附,具体流速的确定应该考虑柱的利用效率、操作周期,以及进样浓度的共同影响;进样浓度越高,达到吸附饱和的时间越短,穿透也就越快;低脱附剂流量、高脱附剂浓度所对应的脱附效率较高。动态脱附实验的适宜条件:以5%(质量分数)的NaOH为脱附剂,流量为1BV/h。
