针对“一站妥”工作中存在工作周期长、无法提前进行故障定位和分析等问题，东莞供电局设计了一种工作效率高、快速定位故障的城市用户故障排查专家系统。文章提出了一种基于SOA的Web Service技术，该技术实现了多系统数据接口整合，让城市用户故障排查专家系统可以访问外部系统。专家系统的实现，解决了“一站妥”工作中存在的问题，提高工作效率和客户满意度，更节省更环保。

In view of the problems such as long working cycle, failure to locate and analyze the fault in advance that exist in“One-stop Service”, with the advantage of high efficiency, the city user troubleshooting expert system that can locate the fault quickly has been designed by Dong Guan Power Supply Bureau. A solution of the integration technology of data interfaces based on the SOA and Web Service is presented in this paper, which makes the expert system has an access to external systems. The implementation of the expert system resolves the problems proposed above and improves working efficiency as well as custom-ers’satisfaction, making more economical and more environmentally friendly.
