采用连续定向凝固的方法制备出了尺寸为400 mm×100 mm×20 mm、表面光亮、柱状晶沿板坯长度方向生长的纯铝板坯。对板坯表面裂纹种类进行了归类,对裂纹的形成因素进行了分析。实验结果表明:用连续定向凝固方法制备的纯铝板坯表面缺陷主要有板面上横裂纹和角部横裂纹两种,其长度从2 mm到4 mm不等,深度最大可达4 mm,且表面横裂纹的分布方式各异,有轴向、径向平行分布和局部横裂纹。工艺参数匹配、结晶器表面光洁度、初始冷却距离内导热能力的变化及引锭板的对中等因素是影响板坯表面质量的关键因素。
採用連續定嚮凝固的方法製備齣瞭呎吋為400 mm×100 mm×20 mm、錶麵光亮、柱狀晶沿闆坯長度方嚮生長的純鋁闆坯。對闆坯錶麵裂紋種類進行瞭歸類,對裂紋的形成因素進行瞭分析。實驗結果錶明:用連續定嚮凝固方法製備的純鋁闆坯錶麵缺陷主要有闆麵上橫裂紋和角部橫裂紋兩種,其長度從2 mm到4 mm不等,深度最大可達4 mm,且錶麵橫裂紋的分佈方式各異,有軸嚮、徑嚮平行分佈和跼部橫裂紋。工藝參數匹配、結晶器錶麵光潔度、初始冷卻距離內導熱能力的變化及引錠闆的對中等因素是影響闆坯錶麵質量的關鍵因素。

The pure aluminum slab in the size of 400 mm×100 mm×20 mm, shiny surface and columnar crystals growing along the direction of the slab length was prepared by the method of continuous unidirectional solidification. The types and formation factors of surface cracks on the slab were classified and analyzed respectively. The results are as follows.The surface defects of pure aluminum plate prepared by the method of continuous unidirectional solidification mainly include surface transverse cracks and corner transverse cracks. Its length ranges from 2 mm to 4 mm and depth is up to 4 mm. The distribution of the surface transverse cracks is different, including axial and radial parallel distribution and partial transverse cracks. The process parameters match, the surface finish of the crystallizer, the changing ability to conduct heat in the initial cooling distance and the centering of dummy plate are the key factors affecting slab surface quality.
