通过测定水、脲醛树脂胶黏剂、酚醛树脂胶黏剂在H2 O2溶液处理后的毛竹材弦切面上的接触角,分析H2 O2溶液处理工艺对毛竹弦切面润湿性能和胶合性能的影响。结果表明,经H2 O2溶液处理对水和脲醛树脂胶黏剂在毛竹材弦切面上润湿性能有较大改善,且胶合强度有较大的提高;而对酚醛树脂胶黏剂的润湿起阻碍作用,同时胶合强度略有下降;对于脲醛树脂胶黏剂,H2 O2溶液浓度不宜过高,且处理后的毛竹竹条应充分水洗或清水浸泡,以减少H2 O2溶液的酸性残留,避免对其润湿性能和胶合性能的影响。

H2O2 solution is used as bleach and mold resistance in the bamboo industry , which can remove starch and sugar of bamboo.In this paper, it was studied that influence of treatment with H 2O2 solution on the wettability, which was indicated with equilibrium contact angle of several kinds of liquids on the tangential section of Phyllostachys pubescen, included water , urea-formaldehyde (UF) adhesive and phenol formaldehyde (PF) adhesive.Results showed:that the wettability of water and UF on the P.pubescen′s tangential section treated with H 2 O2 solution was improved , moreover the wettability and bonding strength of UF was improved , but the concentration of H 2 O2 solution couldn′t be exorbitant , and the treated bamboo should be immersed in water fully or washed with water , in order to reduce the influence of the remainder of the H 2 O2 solution on the wettability of UF .However , the treatment of H2O2 solution would hinder PF from wetting and decline its wettability significantly , meanwhile, the bonding strength of PF have also been affected .
