在研究酸雨区不同林龄杉木人工林土壤酶活性季节动态的基础上,进一步分析了土壤养分与酶活性的相关关系。结果表明:(1)土壤pH随土层加深而增大,养分含量及酶活性均随土层加深而减少。(2)多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性表现为成熟林高于中龄林和幼龄林,而蔗糖酶活性随林龄增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势。(3)蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶活性在各林龄中均为冬、春、秋季较高,夏季最低;脲酶活性为秋季最高;过氧化氢酶活性为夏季>秋季>春、冬季,春季与冬季差异不显著;过氧化物酶活性为秋季显著低于冬、夏、春季。(4)土壤酶活性与pH呈显著负相关,与全氮、全磷、水解性氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机质含量呈显著正相关。
在研究痠雨區不同林齡杉木人工林土壤酶活性季節動態的基礎上,進一步分析瞭土壤養分與酶活性的相關關繫。結果錶明:(1)土壤pH隨土層加深而增大,養分含量及酶活性均隨土層加深而減少。(2)多酚氧化酶、過氧化氫酶、過氧化物酶活性錶現為成熟林高于中齡林和幼齡林,而蔗糖酶活性隨林齡增加呈先增加後降低的變化趨勢。(3)蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶活性在各林齡中均為鼕、春、鞦季較高,夏季最低;脲酶活性為鞦季最高;過氧化氫酶活性為夏季>鞦季>春、鼕季,春季與鼕季差異不顯著;過氧化物酶活性為鞦季顯著低于鼕、夏、春季。(4)土壤酶活性與pH呈顯著負相關,與全氮、全燐、水解性氮、有效燐、速效鉀、有機質含量呈顯著正相關。
재연구산우구불동림령삼목인공림토양매활성계절동태적기출상,진일보분석료토양양분여매활성적상관관계。결과표명:(1)토양pH수토층가심이증대,양분함량급매활성균수토층가심이감소。(2)다분양화매、과양화경매、과양화물매활성표현위성숙림고우중령림화유령림,이자당매활성수림령증가정선증가후강저적변화추세。(3)자당매、다분양화매활성재각림령중균위동、춘、추계교고,하계최저;뇨매활성위추계최고;과양화경매활성위하계>추계>춘、동계,춘계여동계차이불현저;과양화물매활성위추계현저저우동、하、춘계。(4)토양매활성여pH정현저부상관,여전담、전린、수해성담、유효린、속효갑、유궤질함량정현저정상관。
Seasonal dynamics of the chronosequence soil enzyme activities in different tree ages of Cunninghamia lanceolata planta-tion in acid rain area was investigated .In addition, the correlation between nutrients and enzyme activities in soil was also analyzed . The results indicated as follows .( 1 ) The soil pH increased with the depth of soil .Soil nutrient contents and enzyme activities declined with the depth of soil.(2) The activities of polyphenol oxidase , peroxidase, catalase in the mature plantation were higher than those in the middle plantation and young plantation , and the tend of sucrase activity firstly increased and then decreased with the tree ages.(3) The activities of sucrase, polyphenol, oxidase in spring, winter and autumn were higher than those in summer;the activity of urease in autumn was higher than that in spring , summer and winter; the activity of catalase showed the following trend:summer>autumn>spring and winter , with non-significant difference between spring and winter;the activity of peroxidase in autumn was significantly lower than that in winter , spring and summer.(4) Soil enzyme activities had significant negative correla-tion with soil pH, and had significant positive correlation with soil total nitrogen , total phosphorus, hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus , available potassium , organic matter content .
