详细介绍了在沙特扎瓦尔港口工程吹填施工中，进行无围堰水上吹填，并利用防污帷幕遮挡悬浮细颗粒物以满足环保要求，在围堰施工完成后，再进行补吹形成陆域的施工工艺。该工艺经过一年多的工程实践取得成功，大大延长了可吹填施工时间，并获得了显著的经济效益。

This paper describes the details of non-cofferdam reclamation method taken in Ras Al Khair Sea Port Project, Saudi Arabia. A silt curtain was set up around reclamation area to control suspended solid for environmental protection. Comple-mentary reclamation was carried out after the cofferdam was built to complete the whole reclamation area. This new method got great success after more than a year of engineering practice,increased construction period for reclamation works,and obtained remarkable economic benefits.
