目的探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切钉合术（PPH）术后并发症的发生情况。方法回顾分析我院2010年1月~2014年3月采用PPH治疗325例环状痔病例的临床资料，统计分析术后并发症发生情况。结果术后随访6~48个月，吻合口出血9例（2.8%），给予再次手术缝扎止血；肛门疼痛78例（24%），对症治疗缓解；吻合口狭窄5例（1.5%），予以扩肛或手术治疗；术后复发12例（3.7%），7例再次行PPH治疗，5例保守治愈。结论PPH治疗环状内痔及混合痔手术安全有效，并发症少，值得推广。
목적탐토문합기치상점막배절정합술（PPH）술후병발증적발생정황。방법회고분석아원2010년1월~2014년3월채용PPH치료325례배상치병례적림상자료，통계분석술후병발증발생정황。결과술후수방6~48개월，문합구출혈9례（2.8%），급여재차수술봉찰지혈；항문동통78례（24%），대증치료완해；문합구협착5례（1.5%），여이확항혹수술치료；술후복발12례（3.7%），7례재차행PPH치료，5례보수치유。결론PPH치료배상내치급혼합치수술안전유효，병발증소，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of postoperative complications of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods A retrospective analysis of 325 patients with circular hemorrhoids eligible for PPH treatment of hemorrhoids cases in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2014. The postoperative complications were recorded and assessed. Results Fol owed up for 6 to 60 months, Perioperative complications and advese events were reported including anastomotic bleeding (n=9, 2.8%) managed by reoperation hemostasis coagulation, anal pain (n=78, 24%) managed by symptomatic treatment, anastomotic stricture (n=5, 1.5%) managed by expanding anus or surgical treatment, postoperative recurrence (n=12, 3.7%) , 7 of whom were managed by repeat PPH, 5 cases of conservative treatment. Conclusion PPH treatment of circle internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid surgery is safe and ef ective, less postoperative complications, it is worth promoting.
