针对中美两国个人信用档案的发展现状，定义了个人信用档案的概念和构成，并从起源和现状、管理模式、法律体系、监督和惩处机构、来源和公民意识等等方面分析了中关两国个人信用档案的差异，并在此基础上，借鉴美国在此领域的各种可取经验，结合我国个人信用档案的发展现状，提出了我国个人信用档案未来发展的策略，以期促进我国个人信用档案体系的完善。
침대중미량국개인신용당안적발전현상，정의료개인신용당안적개념화구성，병종기원화현상、관리모식、법률체계、감독화징처궤구、래원화공민의식등등방면분석료중관량국개인신용당안적차이，병재차기출상，차감미국재차영역적각충가취경험，결합아국개인신용당안적발전현상，제출료아국개인신용당안미래발전적책략，이기촉진아국개인신용당안체계적완선。
According to the present situation of individual credit archives in China and America, this article defines the concept and component parts of individual credit archives, and it compares the differences of individual credit archives in China and America from six aspects： the origin and current situation, managerial mode, legal system, administrations of supervising and punishing, source and people＇ s opinions etc. Based on this, the article puts forward some strategies on development of indi- vidual credit archives in China in the future by combining the experiences from the USA with the pre- sent situation of individual credit archives in China. Finally, the article intends to improve the system in this field.
