本文分析了沿海密集型电网的特征及国内外风电机组技术发展的现状,明确了国内风电机组目前存在的技术瓶颈。结合密集型电网特征和国内风电机组现状,制定了适用于分布式风电接入系统的两个主要原则,即单一母线仅接入一个风电站和风电站规模控制在系统容量的10%以下两点。基于上述两个原则,给出了益于风电接入系统的新建变电站保护配置优化方案,设计了阶段式电压和电压变化率两种不同的并网故障解列装置原理,并针对两种原理分别给出了整定方案。

Tis paper analyzed the characteristics of the coastal intensive grid and the current situation of wind power technology home and abroad, it pointed out the botleneck existing in current domestic wind power technology. Meanwhile, it suggested two main principles for distributed wind power accessing system, namely single bus accessing single wind farm and controlling the wind power plant scale in system below 10%of its capacity, according to the characteristics of the dense grid and the current status of domestic wind power technology. Finally, based on the above mentioned principles as the foundation, it supplied a protective optimization scheme benifci al to wind power access system for newly-built substations, designed two principles for solving two kinds of faults of spliting devices-multistage voltage and voltage change rate, and put forward the seting method afer them.
