目的加强医院消毒供应室的管理，控制医院感染，保障医疗工作顺利进行。方法重视消毒供应室人员的素质培养，特别是给医院供应室配备有临床经验的专业护士。结果有效清洁器械，同时提高了器械的保养；更好有效分配打包器械。结论通过给医院供应室配备有临床经验的护士，有效的降低医院感染发生率，同时能增进供应室与临床科室的沟通。

Objective To strengthen the disinfection and supply room in hospital management, hospital infection control, medical security work smoothly. Methods Pay at ention to the training of personnel in disinfection supply room quality, especial y to the hospital supply room equipped with clinical experience of professional nurses. Results The ef ective cleaning equipment, and improve the equipment maintenance; bet er efficient allocation of packaging equipment. Conclusion Through to the hospital supply room equipped with clinical experience of nurses, ef ectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection, also can enhance the supply room and clinic communication.
