以六水合硝酸锌、四水合醋酸钴和六次亚甲基四胺为原料,采用化学沉淀法在预涂有氧化锌晶种的玻璃衬底上制备了氧化锌纳米薄膜,研究了钴掺杂浓度对氧化锌薄膜形貌和结构的影响。结果表明,在没有钴掺杂的情况下,合成的氧化锌薄膜为高度有序的棒状阵列,氧化锌纳米棒为六方纤锌矿结构,并具有沿(002)晶面择优生长的特性。随着钴掺杂浓度的增加,氧化锌的结构没有发生变化,但形貌从棒状变成片状,形成了片状氧化锌薄膜。
以六水閤硝痠鋅、四水閤醋痠鈷和六次亞甲基四胺為原料,採用化學沉澱法在預塗有氧化鋅晶種的玻璃襯底上製備瞭氧化鋅納米薄膜,研究瞭鈷摻雜濃度對氧化鋅薄膜形貌和結構的影響。結果錶明,在沒有鈷摻雜的情況下,閤成的氧化鋅薄膜為高度有序的棒狀陣列,氧化鋅納米棒為六方纖鋅礦結構,併具有沿(002)晶麵擇優生長的特性。隨著鈷摻雜濃度的增加,氧化鋅的結構沒有髮生變化,但形貌從棒狀變成片狀,形成瞭片狀氧化鋅薄膜。

ZnO nanofilms were successfully synthesized on glass substrates coated by the ZnO seeding via a chemical method, and the effect of Co2+ concentration on the structure and morphology of ZnO films was investigated. The results indicated that both the structure and morphology of the ZnO films evolved with the concentration of cobalt ions in the solution. The ZnO nanorod was wurtzite structure, which was hexagonal in shape. The nanorods grew vertically on the substrate. With the increase of Co2+ concentration, the morphology of ZnO film changed from nanorod to nanosheet.
