在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中，机体的免疫系统起着非常重要的作用，过去的研究多只涉及白细胞系统，而红细胞系统在其中的作用一直受到忽视。国内外文献近来陆续报道了红细胞具有免疫功能，红细胞系统参与机体的免疫调控，在防止肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。通过对临床的观察与红细胞免疫相关文章的总结，发现终末期肾脏病血液透析患者有肿瘤高发的倾向，提高患者红细胞免疫功能在预防患者恶性肿瘤发生，以期改善患者生活质量方面显得尤为重要。
在腫瘤的髮生、髮展過程中，機體的免疫繫統起著非常重要的作用，過去的研究多隻涉及白細胞繫統，而紅細胞繫統在其中的作用一直受到忽視。國內外文獻近來陸續報道瞭紅細胞具有免疫功能，紅細胞繫統參與機體的免疫調控，在防止腫瘤的髮生、髮展過程中髮揮著重要的作用。通過對臨床的觀察與紅細胞免疫相關文章的總結，髮現終末期腎髒病血液透析患者有腫瘤高髮的傾嚮，提高患者紅細胞免疫功能在預防患者噁性腫瘤髮生，以期改善患者生活質量方麵顯得尤為重要。

In the process of the occurrence and development of tumor, the body's immune system plays a very important role, the research involves more than white blood cells system in the past, and the role of red blood cell system in which has been neglected. Domestic and abroad literatures have recently reported that the erythrocyte immune function and erythrocyte system involved in the immune regulation, and erythrocyte system played an important role in the process of preventing the occurrence and development of tumor. Through the clinical observation and the summary of articles are related to red blood cell immune, people found that the tendency of end-stage renal disease had a high incidence of cancer in patients receiving hemodialysis, so it was particularly important to improve the erythrocyte immune function in preventing tumorigenesis in order to improve the patients life quality.
