本文旨在使临床医师更加了解和重视社区获得性大肠埃希菌耐药性，为国内此方面的研究提供一定的方向，对社区获得性大肠埃希菌耐药性的现有的国内和国外研究资料及数据进行总结。社区获得性大肠埃希菌对各类药的耐药率及耐药株各地有所不同，并对某些药的耐药率有增高趋势。因此应该加强社区获得性大肠埃希菌耐药性的监测及研究，以便及时指导临床调整用药。

In order to make the clinician know and value the resistance of community-acquired Escherichia coli, and provide the directional for the similar study in China, we reviewed and summarized the research data of the resistance of community-acquired Escherichia coli in the domestic and overseas. The resistance rate for different medicine and the resistance strain is different in different areas. The resistance rate for some medicine is gradually increased. Enhancing the monitor and study of the resistance of community-acquired Escherichia coli provides the help for clinical medication in time.
