通过温室盆栽法及对谷胱甘肽转移酶活性的测定了研究了安全剂cyprosulfamide对烟嘧磺隆的解毒作用，并对其解毒机理进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明：对30、60、90 g a．i．/hm2烟嘧磺隆处理的解毒效果最好的cyprosulfamide 添加比例分别为1∶0．2、1∶1、1∶5；在30、60、90 g a．i．/hm2烟嘧磺隆处理中分别添加1∶0．2、1∶1、1∶5的cyprosulfamide后，对玉米株高的抑制率分别降低4．42、3．84、19．32百分点，对玉米鲜重的抑制率分别降低11.05、11．32、29．18百分点，而玉米中的谷胱甘肽转移酶活性分别增加34．4％、29．7％、31．8％。研究结果表明，添加安全剂cyprosulfamide提高了烟嘧磺隆处理后玉米幼苗中谷胱甘肽转移酶的活性，降低了烟嘧磺隆对玉米生长的抑制作用，总体上减轻了烟嘧磺隆对玉米的伤害。

The detoxification effect of cyprosulfamide safener to nicosulfuron was studied by pot -culture in the greenhouse and determination of the activity of glutathione S-transferase .The best add ratio for detoxification effect of cyprosulfa-mide to 30,60,90 g/hm2 nicosulfuron was 1 ∶0.2,1 ∶1,1 ∶5,respectively.In the presence of the safener under such conditions,maize growth inhibition measured as plant height was reduced 4.42%,3.84%,19.32%,respectively.In the same order,inhibition of maize fresh weight of maize reduced 11.05%,11.32%,29.18%while the activity of glutathione S-transferase increased 34.4%,29.7%,31.8%,respectively.Addition of the safener cyprosulfamide increased the activity of glutathione S -transferase in maize seedlings treated with nicosulfuron , reduced the inhibition effect of nicosulfuron on maize growth ,and alleviated the injury of nicosulfuron on maize as a whole .
