目的:了解专科护生实习期间职业态度现状,并分析角色体验教学法对其职业态度的影响。方法采用护士职业态度量表对在上海市浦东新区浦南医院实习的158名专科护生进行调查,比较角色体验教学法和传统教学法2组护生的职业态度的积极性。结果经角色体验教学法教学的护生与传统教学法教学的护生职业态度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护生总体职业态度中立偏积极。参与角色体验教学的护生更能体验患者的无奈、迫切就医等心情,从中学会如何关心别人,关爱患者,理论知识在角色体验的过程中得到了验证,提高了学习的积极性,从而促进了职业态度的提升。

Objective To learn the current situation of the professional attitude of vocational nursing students during their internships and to analyze the effect of role-experience teaching model on students ’ professional attitude. Methods With the Professional Attitude Scale for Nurses, 158 vocational nursing students were investigated and professional attitude of students with traditional teaching method and those with role-experience teaching was compared. Results The difference in the score of professional attitude among students receiving different teaching models was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion The overall professional attitude of nursing students is neutral, which tends to be positive. With role-experience teaching model, students can experience frustration and patients ’ urgent need for medical treatment, consequently they can learn to care for others and the patient. And the theoretical knowledge has been verified in the process of role-experience, which improves their motivation to learn, thus contributes to the improvement of professional attitude.
