本文通过分析深圳地区杆塔特点、气象特点、登塔作业特点，根据不同塔形，综合国内外各种防坠落导轨的优缺点，结合笼式爬梯、休息平台等作用特点，研究全程便捷的防护安全措施，探讨研究出一套适用于深圳地区杆塔的防坠落方案，该方案对深圳电网的防坠落装置安装具有指导意义。

본문통과분석심수지구간탑특점、기상특점、등탑작업특점，근거불동탑형，종합국내외각충방추락도궤적우결점，결합롱식파제、휴식평태등작용특점，연구전정편첩적방호안전조시，탐토연구출일투괄용우심수지구간탑적방추락방안，해방안대심수전망적방추락장치안장구유지도의의。
It is that this paper focuses attention on analyzing the features o)f towers in Shenzhen area, the characteristics of climate and the features of the job of climbing towers.By reaching the different shape of the towers,multiplying the merits and faults of various anti-falling guide,combining with the characteristics of cage ladder and rest platform,and studying the safety and convenient prevention measures in the whole work,a scheme which is suit for Shenzhen area to preventing falling from the tower is researched.This scheme is a guide of the anti-falling device to the Shenzhen power grid.
