目的：探讨131 I治疗甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病（Hyperthyroid heart disease ，HHD）疗效。方法：选择予131 I治疗的H HD患者63例，观察治疗前、后患者心电、心脏彩超、血压、甲状腺激素、临床症状等变化。结果：63例患者治疗后心电、心脏彩超、血压、甲状腺激素、临床症状各指标均有改善。结论：合适的针对原发病的治疗有助于病情的恢复。
목적：탐토131 I치료갑상선공능항진성심장병（Hyperthyroid heart disease ，HHD）료효。방법：선택여131 I치료적H HD환자63례，관찰치료전、후환자심전、심장채초、혈압、갑상선격소、림상증상등변화。결과：63례환자치료후심전、심장채초、혈압、갑상선격소、림상증상각지표균유개선。결론：합괄적침대원발병적치료유조우병정적회복。
Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effects of patients with HHD were treated through 131 I .Methods :63 patients with HHD were chosen ,observed the variety of electrocardiogram (ECG) ,echocardiograph ,blood pressure (BP) ,thyroid hormones ,clinical symptoms ,after treated through 131 I .Results:63 patients with HHD can be improved in ECG ,echocardiograph ,BP ,thyroid hormones ,clinical symptoms after treated .Conclusion:Suitable therapy improve state of illness .
