目的：探讨医用弹力袜在大隐静脉曲张术后的应用价值。方法：对大隐静脉曲张术后应用医用弹力袜与使用弹力绷带治疗的患者进行比较。结果：两组术后皮肤瘀斑、皮下出血及血肿、皮肤感染比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组术后平均住院时间、术后疼痛、术后肿胀比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：医用弹力袜在大隐静脉曲张术后的应用可以有效缩短住院时间，减少术后并发症，可在临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토의용탄력말재대은정맥곡장술후적응용개치。방법：대대은정맥곡장술후응용의용탄력말여사용탄력붕대치료적환자진행비교。결과：량조술후피부어반、피하출혈급혈종、피부감염비교，차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)；량조술후평균주원시간、술후동통、술후종창비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：의용탄력말재대은정맥곡장술후적응용가이유효축단주원시간，감소술후병발증，가재림상엄범응용。
Objective:To explore the application value of saphenous vein varicosity with medical compression stocking postoperative.Method:The saphenous varicose veins postoperative medical compression stocking compared with patients treated with elastic bandage.Result:Two groups of postoperative skin ecchymosis,subcutaneous hemorrhage and hematoma,infection of the skin to compare differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The average length of hospital stay,postoperative pain,postoperative swelling were similar between two groups,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of medical compression stocking in saphenous varicose veins postoperative can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the postoperative complications,can be widely used in clinic.
