目的：观察丹红注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常的有效性和安全性。方法将68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例，治疗组用丹红注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注，同时加服稳心颗粒。对照组服胺碘酮，按病情调整剂量4周为一个疗程。观察治疗后24h动态心电图、临床症状改善和不良反应发生情况。结果心律失常总有效率治疗组为88.2%，对照组为79.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）：临床症状改善总有效率治疗组为91.1%，对照组为73.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应治疗组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论丹红注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常疗效显著，安全性好。
목적：관찰단홍주사액연합은심과립치료노년심률실상적유효성화안전성。방법장68례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각34례，치료조용단홍주사액20ml가입5%포도당주사액250ml정맥적주，동시가복은심과립。대조조복알전동，안병정조정제량4주위일개료정。관찰치료후24h동태심전도、림상증상개선화불량반응발생정황。결과심률실상총유효솔치료조위88.2%，대조조위79.4%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）：림상증상개선총유효솔치료조위91.1%，대조조위73.5%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。불량반응치료조저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론단홍주사액연합은심과립치료노년심률실상료효현저，안전성호。
Objective To observe The effectiveness and safety of Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule of elderly arrhythmia.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group,the treatment group with Danhong injection 20ml in 5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous drip.At the same time the service Wenxinkeli,the control group taking amiodarone,the dose according to the degree of adjustment,4weeks as a course of treatment.The occurrence of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram, improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Results Arrhythmia total effective rate of treatment group was 88.2%,79.4%in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05);clinical symptoms and improve the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%,73.5%in the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of arrhythmia in the elderly has obvious curative effect,good security.
