目的：观察干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿EB病毒感染的疗效。方法：将确诊为小儿EB病毒感染的68例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用重组人干扰素+更昔洛韦治疗，对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗，对疗效进行统计分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.44%，对照组为84.37%；治疗10 d后EBV-DNA拷贝数转阴率，治疗组为86.11%，对照组为75.00%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗EB病毒感染有效率高，可缩短病程，值得推广。
목적：관찰간우소연합경석락위치료소인EB병독감염적료효。방법：장학진위소인EB병독감염적68례환인수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용중조인간우소+경석락위치료，대조조채용경석락위치료，대료효진행통계분석。결과：치료조총유효솔위94.44%，대조조위84.37%；치료10 d후EBV-DNA고패수전음솔，치료조위86.11%，대조조위75.00%，량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：간우소연합경석락위치료EB병독감염유효솔고，가축단병정，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of interferon combination with ganciclovir on EB virus infection in children.Method:68 cases of EB virus infection in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with interferon and ganciclovir,control group was treated with ganciclovir,effects were analysised statistically.Result:The total effective rate was 94.44%in treatment group,and 84.37%in control group.10 days after treatment,the negative rate of EBV-DNA copies was 86.11%in treatment group,and 75.00%in control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with ganciclovi is more effective in the treatment of EB virus infection,can short the course of disease,is worthy of extensive use.
