目的观察中药汤剂联合0.1％维甲酸软膏治疗扁平疣的疗效.方法 146例患者随机分组,治疗组75例采用中药汤剂内服联合0.1％维甲酸软膏外用,对照组71例采用0.1％维甲酸软膏外用.结果治疗组有63位患者痊愈,痊愈率为(84.0％)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论中西医结合治疗扁平疣,治愈率效果较好,值得临床推广.
목적 관찰중약탕제연합0.1％유갑산연고치료편평우적료효.방법 146례환자수궤분조,치료조75례채용중약탕제내복연합0.1％유갑산연고외용,대조조71례채용0.1％유갑산연고외용.결과 치료조유63위환자전유,전유솔위(84.0％)고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01).결론 중서의결합치료편평우,치유솔효과교호,치득림상추엄.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of drinking Chinese medicine combined external 0.1％ retinoic acid ointment for the treatment of verruca plana.Methods 75 cases were treated by drinking Chinese medicine combined external 0.1％ retinoic acid ointment,71 cases were treated by external only 0.1％ retinoic acid ointment.Results 63 patients treated with the combination of Chinese medicine and 0.1％ retinoic acid ointment were cured,the cure rate was 84.0％,there was significantly diffence in the inter-group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The cure rate of internal Chinese medicine combined external 0.1％ retinoic acid ointment may be a effective method in the treatment of verruca plana.
