考虑流通损耗并结合期权合约研究了农产品供应链中的订货与供应策略问题。首先对研究问题给出了相关假设和参数界定，从而为基于零售商和供应商最大期望利润构建相关订货和供应模型准备了条件，接着重点对比分析了农产品供应链设计中有无期权合约两种情况下的零售商订货与供应商供应策略问题，从而得出了期权合约对农产品供应链订货与供应决策的关系及影响力，最后结合算例对模型中所推导出来的结论进行了检验和实证。

In this paper, we considered the issues concerning the order and supply strategy of the agricultural produce supply chain after taking the circulation loss and option contract into consideration. First we presented the corresponding hypotheses and definitions, then prepared the conditions for the establishment of the order and supply model to realize the maximum expected profits of the retailers and suppliers, then compared the ordering policies of the retailers and the supply policies of the suppliers between the scenarios where there was and wasn't an option contract incorporated into the design of the supply chain, and at the end, verified the conclusions reached through a numerical example.
