In this paper, we studied the optimal solutions of the manufacturer and retailer within a duo-channel closed-loop supply chain under the centralized and distributive decision-making strategies respectively, then by comparing the two solutions, found that the distributive decision-making strategy would reduce the efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain, and at last, introduced the revenue sharing contract mechanism to coordinate the allocation of the revenue of the supply chain system between the manufacturer and retailer.
