In this paper, by drawing from the development mechanism of the logistics industry and referencing the diamond model, we categorized the major factors influencing the development of the industry and built the evaluation index system of the importance of the influence factors, on the basis of which we attempted to ascertain the numeric value for the partition of the development level of the modern logistics industry.
