建立了物流能力评价指标体系,然后运用因子分值法进行指标因子归并,进而得出湖北省13个地、市、州物流能力度量值,通过雷达图揭示了各物流网络节点物流发展能力的差异,最终构建了核心物流枢纽、区域物流枢纽、重点节点城市为主的三级物流网络。

In this paper, we built a logistics capacity evaluation index system, then merged the indexes using the factor score method to obtain the logistics capacity measurements of the 13 prefectures, cities and counties in the Hubei province, next, using the radar map, uncovered the difference in the development potentials of the various nodes of the logistics network, and at the end, built the three-level logistics network of the province.
