为了更准确地掌握隧道掌子面前方围岩在施工过程中产生的挤压变形,引进国外T-REX滑动测微计进行监测,介绍了T-REX滑动测微计组成、安装及量测掌子面围岩变形的方法,并在贵广铁路天平山隧道进行了现场试验验证。滑动测微计量测到掌子面围岩挤压变形较明显,与开挖后揭示的围岩情况基本吻合。实践证明,T-REX滑动测微计用于测试掌子面挤压变形可行,该仪器构造较简单、安装量测方便、量测数据较精确。但考虑到仪器本身及人为操作的误差,该滑动测微计适用于挤压变形明显的软岩大变形区段,对稳定性较好的硬岩区段不宜使用。

The paper applies the imported T-REX sliding micrometer in the hope of achieving a precise grasp of the surrounding rock deformation before the tunnel face in construction .It introduces the composition , installation and measuring approch of the device and in-situ test has been conducted at Tianpingshan tunnel on Guiyang-Guangzhou railway .The sliding micrometer visually amplifies the deformation , which coincide with the status of the surrounding rocks observed after the excavation .Practice shows that T-REX sliding micrometer ,with its straightforward design ,convenient installation and measuring ,as well as its high precision, is suitable for the detection of compressional deformation of the tunnel face , particularlly in case of visible deformation.However,it is suggested not to apply the device to the fairly stable hard rock,as the designing scheme of the device itself and human failure may result in errors .
