In this paper, we analyzed the opportunities for developing the agricultural logistics industry in the Beibuwan economic zone as well as the current status and existing problems in the development of the agricultural logistics industry in the region and at the end, proposed the corresponding strategies to improve it on the aspects of technology, market, organizational mode, infrastructure, informatization, and talent cultivation.
