某公司吹塑机使用的壁厚控制器控制效果不理想,导致了产品的质量不高。设计了一款模糊PID控制器,对原来的壁厚控制器的控制效果作了改进。新控制器硬件电路的设计是以单片机C8051F040的最小系统为核心,再配上信号的采集与调理电路;控制器的算法采用的是模糊PID算法。分别用改进前后的控制器对实验室搭建的被控对象实施控制,再通过VC++设计的上位机软件计算出各自的控制性能指标。实验结果表明模糊PID控制器的超调量和调节时间都远小于原控制器的,改进后的控制器可以提高产品的质量。

The controlling effect of a company's blow molding machine controller is unsatisfactory and that leads to the quality of the products is not high. Designed a fuzzy PID controller which can improve the controlling effect of the original controller. The new controller’s hardware circuit is mainly based on the minimum system of microcontroller C8051F040, and also need add some circuits of the signal acquisition and conditioning. The controller uses the fuzzy PID algorithm. Use the two different controllers to control the controlled object built in the lab, and got the control performance index calculated by the upper computer software which is designed by VC++. The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID controller's overshoot and times for conditioning are far less than the original controller, and the new controller can improve the quality of the products.
