目的：探讨聚维酮碘乳膏外涂治疗小儿静脉留置针所致周围皮肤炎症的效果。方法：将2011年7月-2012年6月在儿科住院使用静脉留置针引起周围皮肤炎症的42例患儿随机分为两组，对照组21例采用百多邦软膏外涂；治疗组21例采用聚维酮碘乳膏外涂。治疗后观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为100%，明显优于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05)。结论：聚维酮碘乳膏外涂治疗小儿静脉留置针所致周围皮肤炎症疗效肯定，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토취유동전유고외도치료소인정맥류치침소치주위피부염증적효과。방법：장2011년7월-2012년6월재인과주원사용정맥류치침인기주위피부염증적42례환인수궤분위량조，대조조21례채용백다방연고외도；치료조21례채용취유동전유고외도。치료후관찰량조환인적치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위100%，명현우우대조조적71.4%(P<0.05)。결론：취유동전유고외도치료소인정맥류치침소치주위피부염증료효긍정，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the effect of povidone iodine creams outer coating the surrounding skin inflammation for the children caused by intravenous indwelling needle.Method:42 cases with skin inflammation intravenous caused by indwelling needle from July 2011 to June 2012 which hospitalized in pediatric were randomly divided into two groups,control group 21 cases with bactroban ointment external coating;treatment group 21 cases with povidone iodine creams besmear outside.After treatment to observe the curative effect of two groups of children.Result:The total effective rate was 100%in treatment group, obviously better than the control group 71.4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of povidone iodine creams besmear outside in the treatment of pediatric on the surrounding skin inflammation caused by venous indwelling needle is sure,it worth clinical promotion.
