高温、高湿、强碱、强氧化性环境，对于洗消作业或有毒有害化学品的销毁作业经常遇到，选择何种金属材质制作作业器械是一个重要的问题。以超氧化钾水解模拟腐蚀环境，以三种候选金属进行挂片腐蚀试验，试验结果分析发现，含镍量越高的金属耐腐蚀性越好，耐腐蚀性从优到劣的次序是纯镍＞不锈钢310S＞不锈钢321。Inconel 600含镍高达70%～80%，耐腐蚀性能优良，但价格却比纯镍低得多，可代替纯镍用于加工接触化学介质的关键零部件。

Washing and destroying of poisonous chemicals usually uses high temperature, high humidity, strong base and strong oxidant, how to choose anti-corrosion metal to make operation equipment is a important problem. In this paper, hydrolysis of potassium hyperoxide was used to imitate corrosion environment, and three metal(pure nickel, stalin steel 310S and stainless steel 321 ) was used to test , it was found that the high the nickel content the better the anti-corrosion. The nickel content in Inconel 600 is 70%~80%, according to the testing result, Inconel 600 can be used to make key spares touching chemical medium.
