本文针对常减压蒸馏装置塔顶冷凝冷却系统设备和管线的腐蚀来源、腐蚀机理及其影响因素进行论述，并简述了目前常用的腐蚀防护措施。其中重点介绍了国内外蒸馏装置塔顶系统中和剂、缓蚀剂和中和缓蚀剂的研究和应用现状，并对其存在问题和发展方向进行了分析。
本文針對常減壓蒸餾裝置塔頂冷凝冷卻繫統設備和管線的腐蝕來源、腐蝕機理及其影響因素進行論述，併簡述瞭目前常用的腐蝕防護措施。其中重點介紹瞭國內外蒸餾裝置塔頂繫統中和劑、緩蝕劑和中和緩蝕劑的研究和應用現狀，併對其存在問題和髮展方嚮進行瞭分析。

This paper reviews corrosion origin, corrosion mechanism and their influence factors in condensation and cooling system of the crude distillation unit overhead, and presents corrosion controlling methods in the crude distillation unit overhead. The status and development of neutralizers, film-forming inhibitors and neutralizing inhibitors in crude distillation unit overhead are highlighted. In addition, the development trend on corrosion and controlling in crude distillation unit overhead is forecasted.
