目的：探讨手术治疗有保育要求的卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤的临床效果。方法：依据患者的实际病情，给予患者一侧附件切除、一侧附件加对策卵巢活检、一侧附件加大网膜切除及阑尾切除等手术治疗，然后给予所有患者2~6个静脉化疗，化疗方案为PVB方案和PEB方案。结果：50例患者均存活下来，均具有正常的生长发育和第二性征，均没有复发。30例患者怀孕生子，胎儿均健康。结论：依据患者的实际病情给予患者有针对性的手术治疗，手术之后运用PVB和PEB化疗方案进行化疗能够将卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患者的生育功能良好保留下来，并保证患者良好的预后。
목적：탐토수술치료유보육요구적란소생식세포종류적림상효과。방법：의거환자적실제병정，급여환자일측부건절제、일측부건가대책란소활검、일측부건가대망막절제급란미절제등수술치료，연후급여소유환자2~6개정맥화료，화료방안위PVB방안화PEB방안。결과：50례환자균존활하래，균구유정상적생장발육화제이성정，균몰유복발。30례환자부잉생자，태인균건강。결론：의거환자적실제병정급여환자유침대성적수술치료，수술지후운용PVB화PEB화료방안진행화료능구장란소생식세포종류환자적생육공능량호보류하래，병보증환자량호적예후。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of surgical operation in the treatment of ovarian germ cell tumors patients who have conservation requires. Methods:According to the patient's actual condition, the patients were given the side oophorectomy, ovarian biopsy countermeasures plus side of all attachment, the side of greater omentum resection and accessories such as appendectomy surgery, and then the patients were given 2 to 6 intravenous chemotherapy, the chemotherapy programs were PVB program and PEB program. Results:50 patients were all surviving, all with normal growth and development and secondary sexual characteristics, and all did not relapse. 30 patients gave birth, the fetus were all healthy. Conclusion:Giving patients a targeted surgery according to the patient's actual condition, after the surgery, giving the patients PVB and PEB chemotherapy, only in this way can we well-preserve the reproductive function of ovarian germ cell tumors patients, so that to ensure patients a good prognosis.
