目的：探讨PTEN、cyclinE在绝经前妇女子宫内膜息肉中表达情况并分析其相关性。方法：入选2009年12月~2012年7月在我就诊的子宫内膜息肉患者72例作为观察组,并入选同期在我院进行体检的绝经前妇女73例作为对照组,比较两组人群子宫内膜PTEN、cyclinE表达情况,并分析二者之间的相关性。结果：对照组患者PTEN、cyclinE阳性表达率分别为50.7%、19.2%与观察组患者26.4%、65.3%相比,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(R＜0.05)。分析显示,子宫内膜息肉患者中PTEN、cyclinE表达存在明显的负相关,r=-0.423(R＜0.05)。结论：绝经前妇女子宫内膜息肉患者中cyclinE表达明显增加,PTEN表达显著减少,二者存在显著的负相关。
목적：탐토PTEN、cyclinE재절경전부녀자궁내막식육중표체정황병분석기상관성。방법：입선2009년12월~2012년7월재아취진적자궁내막식육환자72례작위관찰조,병입선동기재아원진행체검적절경전부녀73례작위대조조,비교량조인군자궁내막PTEN、cyclinE표체정황,병분석이자지간적상관성。결과：대조조환자PTEN、cyclinE양성표체솔분별위50.7%、19.2%여관찰조환자26.4%、65.3%상비,차이균구유현저적통계학의의(R＜0.05)。분석현시,자궁내막식육환자중PTEN、cyclinE표체존재명현적부상관,r=-0.423(R＜0.05)。결론：절경전부녀자궁내막식육환자중cyclinE표체명현증가,PTEN표체현저감소,이자존재현저적부상관。
Objective:To investigate the expression of PTEN, cyclinE in premenopausal women with endometrial polyp and analyze their relationship. Methods:72 premenopausal women with endometrial polyp from December 2009 to July 2012 in our hospital were enrolled as observation group;73 healthy premenopausal women were also enrolled as control group, the expression of PTEN、cyclinE was compared in two groups, and the relationship was analyzed between PTEN and cyclinE. Results:The positive expressions of PTEN、cyclinE in control group were 50.7%,19.2%and 26.4%、65.3%in observation group, all R<0.05;there was significant negative correlation between PTEN and cyclinE, r=-0.423 (R<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of cyclinE in premenopausal women with endometrial polyp significantly increased, and PTEN significantly reduced;there was significant negative correlation between them.
