2011年4月,青海省西宁市野生动物园有7只狼突然陆续死亡,经病理学和细菌学检查确诊为多杀性巴氏杆菌和肺炎双球菌混合感染致死。主要对该起狼多杀性巴氏杆菌和肺炎双球菌混合感染的诊断作一介绍,以期为兽医同仁提供参考。

7 wolves which lived in Xining wildlife zoo died suddenly in April, 2011. The death reason was detected by pathologic and bacteriologic methods and finally diagnosed as a mixed infection by Pasteurella multocida and Diplococcus lanceolatus. The diagnosis of wolf mixed infection by Pasteurella multocida and Diplococcus lanceolatus was introduced mainly in order to provide reference for veterinary field.
