目的：研究清肝活血降脂汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效。方法：将80例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，治疗组采用清肝活血降脂汤，对照组则采用东宝肝泰片。治疗一个月后观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组40例，临床治愈14例，无效6例，总有效率85%；对照组40例，临床治愈10例，无效13例，总有效率67.5%。治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，经检验，P＜0.05，两组在疗效方面，差异具有显著性。说明在治疗酒精性脂肪肝方面治疗组疗效明显好于对照组。结论：清肝活血降脂汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝具有显著的临床疗效。
목적：연구청간활혈강지탕치료주정성지방간림상료효。방법：장80례부합진단표준적환자수궤분위치료조40례화대조조40례，치료조채용청간활혈강지탕，대조조칙채용동보간태편。치료일개월후관찰량조적료효。결과：치료조40례，림상치유14례，무효6례，총유효솔85%；대조조40례，림상치유10례，무효13례，총유효솔67.5%。치료조환자적총유효솔명현고우대조조，경검험，P＜0.05，량조재료효방면，차이구유현저성。설명재치료주정성지방간방면치료조료효명현호우대조조。결론：청간활혈강지탕치료주정성지방간구유현저적림상료효。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Huoxue Jiangzhi decoction in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods:80 qualified patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.Patients in the treatment group were taken Qinggan Huoxue Jiangzhi decoction,while patients in the control group were taken Dongbao Gantai tablets. The efficacy of two groups was observed after 1 month.Results:40 cases are in the treatment group,14 cases curative,6 cases failed, and the total effective rate is 85%;40 cases in the control group,10 cases curative,13 cases failed,and the total effective rate is 67.5%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is much higher than that of the control group.After test, P<0.05, which shows that the efficacy of the two groups has significant differences.This research can illustrate that the efficacy of the treatment is much better than that of the control group on alcoholic fatty liver.Conclusion:Qinggan Huoxue Jiangzhi decoction has remarkable clinical effect on alcoholic fatty liver.
