目的：探讨急性额叶卒中后与焦虑症状的关系。方法选择924例2007-01-2012-12入住我院神经内科急性额叶缺血性卒中患者，应用磁共振（M RI）检查评估梗死部位和大小，采用住院焦虑抑郁量表评分观察焦虑症状的发病率。结果与不伴焦虑的患者相比，有焦虑症状的患者很可能伴右侧额叶急性梗死，多变量分析发现右侧额叶梗死是焦虑症状的独立预测因素。结论右侧额叶急性梗死是发生焦虑症状的主要因素。
목적：탐토급성액협졸중후여초필증상적관계。방법선택924례2007-01-2012-12입주아원신경내과급성액협결혈성졸중환자，응용자공진（M RI）검사평고경사부위화대소，채용주원초필억욱량표평분관찰초필증상적발병솔。결과여불반초필적환자상비，유초필증상적환자흔가능반우측액협급성경사，다변량분석발현우측액협경사시초필증상적독립예측인소。결론우측액협급성경사시발생초필증상적주요인소。
Objective To explore the association between acute frontal lobe infarction and anxiety symptoms. Methods From January 2007 to December 2012 ,924 patients with acute frontal lobe ischemic stroke admitted to neurology department in our hospital were recruited. The location and size of infarcts were evaluated with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) ,and the incidence of anxiety symptoms was observed by means of the Hospital anxiety and depression scale score. Results Compared with the non-anxiety symptoms ,the patients with anxiety symptoms more likely have right frontal lobe acute infarcts. In multi-variate analysis ,the right frontal lobe infarction was an independent predictor of anxiety symptoms.Conclusion The right fron-tal lobe acute infarction is a main cause of anxiety symptoms.
