目的：探讨四肢出现骨折的患者采用微创经皮桥接钢板技术治疗的效果，为四肢骨折的临床治疗以及微创桥接钢板技术的使用提供理论参考依据。方法：选取本院2009-2012年收治的90例四肢骨折的患者的康复情况进行回顾性分析，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组各45例，对照组采用传统治疗方法治疗；治疗组采用经皮微创桥接钢板术治疗。对所有患者的治疗康复情况随访1年，比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后并发症发生率和骨折痊愈时间。结果：对照组术后并发症发生率明显高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组患者骨折痊愈时间明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组的治愈率高于对照组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：微创桥接钢板固定治疗四肢骨折疗效显著，可以明显减少手术并发症，缩短患者痊愈时间，值得临床上推广。
目的：探討四肢齣現骨摺的患者採用微創經皮橋接鋼闆技術治療的效果，為四肢骨摺的臨床治療以及微創橋接鋼闆技術的使用提供理論參攷依據。方法：選取本院2009-2012年收治的90例四肢骨摺的患者的康複情況進行迴顧性分析，按照隨機數字錶法將其分為對照組和治療組各45例，對照組採用傳統治療方法治療；治療組採用經皮微創橋接鋼闆術治療。對所有患者的治療康複情況隨訪1年，比較兩組患者的治療效果、術後併髮癥髮生率和骨摺痊愈時間。結果：對照組術後併髮癥髮生率明顯高于治療組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），治療組患者骨摺痊愈時間明顯少于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），治療組的治愈率高于對照組，但兩組比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：微創橋接鋼闆固定治療四肢骨摺療效顯著，可以明顯減少手術併髮癥，縮短患者痊愈時間，值得臨床上推廣。
목적：탐토사지출현골절적환자채용미창경피교접강판기술치료적효과，위사지골절적림상치료이급미창교접강판기술적사용제공이론삼고의거。방법：선취본원2009-2012년수치적90례사지골절적환자적강복정황진행회고성분석，안조수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화치료조각45례，대조조채용전통치료방법치료；치료조채용경피미창교접강판술치료。대소유환자적치료강복정황수방1년，비교량조환자적치료효과、술후병발증발생솔화골절전유시간。결과：대조조술후병발증발생솔명현고우치료조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조환자골절전유시간명현소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조적치유솔고우대조조，단량조비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：미창교접강판고정치료사지골절료효현저，가이명현감소수술병발증，축단환자전유시간，치득림상상추엄。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques in limbs fracture patients and provide theoretical basis of application of invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques.Method:The rehabilitation of 90 patients with Limbs fracture were analyzed retrospectively from 2009 to 2012 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional treatment method,the treatment group was treated with invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques. Rehabilitation of circumstances in all patients were followed up one year,the incidence of postoperative complications and fracture healing time between the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications of the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with fracture healing time of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques in limbs fracture patients has obvious effect,can reduce complications and shorten recovery time,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
