Mycoplasma pneumoniae%PCR%IIFA%MP antibody
目的:探讨肺炎支原体(MP)咽拭子聚合酶链反应(PCR)法和血清间接免疫荧光法(IIFA)两种检测方法的不同。方法:将198例疑似MP感染的患儿根据年龄分为两组:A组(0~3岁,n=75)、B组(3~12岁, n=123),分别取咽拭子用PCR法测MP-DNA,取血清用IIFA法测MP-IgM,比较两种方法的阳性率。结果:MP-DNA检测阳性率为57.07%,MP-IgM检测阳性率为47.47%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组MP-DNA阳性率48.00%明显高于同组MP-IgM阳性率25.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组MP-DNA和MP-IgM阳性率分别为62.60%、60.98%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCR与IIFA联合检测可以提高MP感染诊断的准确性。

Objective:To compare the differences between polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and indirect immunofluorescence(IIFA)for detecting the Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP).Method:A total of 198 children with suspected MP infection were divided into group A(0-3 years old,n=75)and group B(3-12 years old,n=123)according to their ages.Oropharyngeal swabs and blood were collected from the children,MP-DNA was detected by PCR and MP-IgM was detected by IIFA separately.The positive rate of two methods were compared.Result:The positive rate of MP-DNA detection and MP-IgM were 57.07%,47.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In group A the positivity of MP-DNA(48.00%)was significantly higher than the MP-IgM(25.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), and there was no significant difference of MP-DNA(62.60%)and MP-IgM(60.98%)in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The joint detection of PCR and IIFA can improve MP detecting accuracy.
